코스 설명

Graduates can expect to work with people from all over the world and see and experience a vast array of food and beverage products. Career opportunities include small-scale wine manufacturing, retail butchering, meat processing, smallgoods, cheese/dairy manufacture, confectionery, new product development, olive oil production, brewing and food technology. Creative skills support the development of new food and beverages, while technical skills are important to the production of nutritional, functional and safe foods through quality controls. The growth in overseas awareness of South Australia’s tourist attractions and new markets such as day trips are among the factors influencing the creation of jobs in hospitality, travel and tourism, and event management.
